I would appreciate the efforts of Michal from Danials, Since we we started looking for a house he was always helpful, professional and understand our needs.

They'll tell you to come view the property and cancel you on the day saying we've accepted an offer. May as well not have offered to view the property in the first place.

I just wanted to say I'm incredibly disappointed in their services, and will never be recommending or using when it comes to selling my property. I enquired about a flat for sale by calling, and was told the agent representing this property would call me back the next day. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard anything from - absolutely ridiculous and SO unprofessional. Clearly they don't care about making commissions.

Spoke to Darshan who stated someone from Sales would call back within an hour. 4 days later, no one calls back. I gave Darshan all the info regarding the properties I was interested in. Called again 4 days after, and spoke to Michael. I explained the situation and NOT once did he apologise for his colleagues/companies failures. Honestly an absolutely pathetic incompetent individual.

I asked him for various information and he did not have a clue, kept saying they do not have this information and hence it reflects on the price. This is a property purchase, and they could not furnish me lease information. I stated other agents are able to provide this information and he got defensive. His attitude is awful and I have seen so many reviews about this individual on Google.

In addition, they are so unethical as a company, they accept offers and still list the properties for sale asking buyers to improve on these old offers. Sly, Manipulative, Thieving, Conmans - Buyers and sellers jut steer away, not worth it!

Daniels were the Estate Agency employed by the vendor of the property I purchased. I found them to be friendly, helpful and determined to support both their client and myself. Aaron Henry helped us through various problems which arose and was always on hand. Highly recommended.

Just a bad morning? I've called them this morning, just after 9am about a property to buy. Michael picked up the phone, but he knew nothing about that particular property then, and asked me to call back the office in half an hour to talk the competent person. (I have found it unusual he didn't offer to call me back.but hey, no problem just yet.) BUT!

When I called back the office about 30 min later also he picked up the phone again, and I asked for the right person to talk to about the property. He just said, go ahead, -what I want to know?. I have found its's strange, the same person few minutes earlier knew nothing but know he educated himself and able to give me details. He asked me about the price, but he didn't say first he needs to identify the property by the price, because they got 2 in the same development, but sound strange why he asks me a main details what he should know.

But he finally gave me the details what I needed to know. Then I said is not for me, thank you, he just said "that's fine" and put down the phone on me without saying goodbye, thanks for calling or something. The all conversation was unpleasant, unfriendly, he seemed arrogant, unprofessional and no mannered. Awhhh. what a Friday morning. Thanks Michael. :(
