Met with a lovely lady Adriana today who reserved me a flat in Tower Bridge. Her attitude was excellent, and her knowledge of the area was amazing. I have dealt with many agents over the last 2 weeks and none of them have been attentive so I am very glad I met Adriana today and really happy I finally found a flat

We rented through Cityzen back in January and given our previous experience of letting agents we didn't have high hopes! However, the team at Cityzen especially Misha was amazing, and nothing was too much trouble, we had a water issue in the apartment and Misha came personally to the apartment with the plumber to oversee the repairs. I would recommend Cityzen as they have restored our faith in letting agents again!

I have just moved my property to Cityzen from another management co and have to say I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I have received so far. The first thing they did was increase my rental income by revaluing the property, they then secured me a new tenant at a higher rent and more than I was previously getting. I think by working with a private company like Cityzen the attention to detail and service I get is far superior to the big corporate companies I have previously worked with.

Myself and my partner recently moved out of Whitechapel where we spent 24 months living in a flat managed by Cityzen. We had a good experience during our tenure and only moved to relocate abroad. On the two occasions we contacted the management about non-urgent issues, our queries were resolved professionally and quickly. Thanks again for a smooth and pleasant experience. We'll be in touch if we move back to London in the future.

No customer service whatsoever. I think they never heard of the term. We have rented with them, but pretty much I d say it was a business transaction nothing more. Asked for a couple of things like getting the keys one day before so we don't have to pick them up on Monday ( 9 to 6 pm, I normally work those hrs and cant pick them ), we were refused. Similar with other stuff. Very very poor customer service, plain business so to say, although not much business is there, is it

Just moved out of a studio in East London managed by cityzen. Good experience and when they asked me if I would write a short review I was only too happy to do so. Absolutely abysmal company. 6 months with a broken door and window, left us with furniture stained and riddled with bed bugs and failed to resolve, unsuitable plumbing fixtures leading to reoccurring floods. Waiting for responses days and even weeks at a time, aloof manners when telephoning for updates. Then when leaving the property in a better condition then when arrived they charge for a cleaning fee (with no invoice provided) that was promised to other tenants viewing the property, however upon reading the report they highlighted points in the original inventory.
So this begs the question, was there a professional clean prior to moving in or does this company pride itself in taking advantage of its tenants to line their pockets at any given opportunity?
