Hi there, I used Sandfords Regents Park in May 2021 to sell my flat in Marylebone, and worked with Mark Nash specifically, I initially interviewed Mark and found he was honest about price expectations. I foolishly chose to go with another agent, as I was sold on the price this other agent assured me they could achieve. That relationship fell apart when the other agent asked me to drop my asking price by 100k only 3 weeks after listing with them.
I called Mark and asked him to take over (incl. getting my existing tenants back on side for showings). Mark found us a seller within 4 weeks and in the price range he initially suggested. He guided us through the selling process so we closed within 3 months of offer. I can't thank him and Sandfords enough!

It is/was very nice to work with Sandfords. They have very professional staff as Ms. Phoebe Light took care of us and she was very nice and helpful at every step for hiring the flat. She even helped us for utilities applies after moving to apartment. We are very glad to hire this flat from Sandfords which we found very professional. They were cooperative, professional, understanding, honest, kind, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second recommending them to anyone. They're absolutely on top of the list. I wouldn't go through the hassle again and deal with any other advertised real estate agency, but would straight away contact Sandfords, especially Phoebe and Sinead. It was a pleasure working with them.

Sandfords and Mr Freddie Jackson-Gali were very helpful and professional in finding remotely a location to rent in London. The contract with the landlord was set up and signed quickly. I was so happy and impressed with the work and support they provided me to secure the flat.
