Absolutely outstanding service. My purchase was not straightforward and Summer went way above and beyond to get answers from the sellers solicitors, to keep things moving and keep me updated. Galloways recently helped us by a property in Penge. Sarah was a huge help throughout the process. Our solicitor was pretty poor and being first time buyers we didn't know what needed to be done. Sarah was very proactive at every step, making sure things were on track and even chasing the solicitor for us. I really don't know what we'd have done without her. The sale would have been delayed for months probably. Her colleagues were also very helpful when she was on holiday. We'd easily recommend Galloways to any buyer

Having recently purchase a property in the area through Galloway's at Penge, we would highly recommend the agency and would like to say a special thank you to Sarah who made our move date possible. We moved into our new house at the weekend having been dealing with Sarah at Galloways who was representing the seller. Sarah was incredibly professional and very responsive to every request that we had. Through her behaviour it made us realise that our own estate agent we were selling with wasn't as good! It was a really personal experience from the first time that we viewed the house and even in a stressful chain and during lockdown, it was always a pleasure dealing with Sarah. We will be using Galloways whenever we come to sell our property next. Would highly recommend.
