| Job description: | PropertyADD are a well respected, friendly and independent supplier of online software and websites to estate and letting agents in the UK (and increasingly across Europe). We launched in 2006 to real acclaim, with a philosophy to combine our expertise in building web-based systems with the knowledge and experience of seasoned local estate agents. The past five years have seen us make fantastic progress and we are now considered one of the major estate agency software suppliers in the UK, last year being nominated for the Best Estate and Letting Agency Technology Provider at the 2010 PPS Awards. Our core values are innovation, quality and service. We are looking for a full-time sales and marketing all-rounder to help us grow the PropertyADD customer base. Based at our offices in Crawley, the role does require some UK travel so your own transport and driving licence are essential. The position would potentially suit a technology-savvy valuer/branch manager. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | • Identifying and making contact with potential new customers and business opportunities • Qualifying and following up enquiries • Delivering software demonstrations (at client's site or remotely) • Closing new business • Maintaining the in-house CRM |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | • Proven track record • Customer needs based approach to selling in order to build successful long term win/win relationships • Assured use of technology • Experience of the property industry a distinct advantage • Self-motivated and organised • Can-do attitude |
| Benefits: | • OTE J40,000+ (uncapped) • J18,000 - J20,000 basic salary • Generous commission structure • Flexi-time system • 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays • Pension, laptop, mobile and mileage allowance • Small annual self-led training budget |
