| Job description: | An experienced Residential Sales Valuer is required for established private estate agents. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Valuation of Residential Property for sale. Winning instructions. Liasing with clients and purchasers. Preparation of sale particulars and advertising. Arranging viewings. Overseeing negotiations. Promotion of business opportunities. |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | We are looking to recruit an experienced residential sales valuer. No formal qualifications are required but could be beneficial. The successful applicant will be of smart appearance and be able to demonstrate their ability to promote the company and gain instructions. |
