| Job description: | coleman real estates, we are based in East Midlands, Leicestershire. we are to launch our very first Property auction in May 2009, however although we have experience in the estate agency side of the business this will be our very first auction. our marketing campaign will commence from January 2009, and we are hopefull to achieve 30 to 40 properties in our very first auction. we will need a professional auctioneer to help head start our very first auction, with his expertise and also show our staff the in's and the out's, the do's and the dont's of the auction. together with this, share his views and experience of how we should sell the lots, and the job will be as a locum post going to possible permanent. we will be needing the expertise on how to handle the full auction, the procedures, and step by step guide hence, our expert will be required to join our firm 10 days prior the auction and 4 days post the auction. salary will be appreciated. please send all C.V's, to: Coleman Real Estates And Auctioneers 32 Coleman Road Leicester LE5 4AD 0116 274 15 74 |
