| Job description: | Young and dynamic letting agency is looking a Property Valuations Manager to be the face of the company to our clients. If you have a lively personality, a proven track record in sales, lettings or estate agency and are looking for a company where you have great growth potential, then we want to hear from you. A successful lettings valuations Manager is professional, friendly with excellent communication skills. They have ambition to succeed and develop. They shall take every opportunity to win business and work very closely with the team to make sure letting levels are being met. Strong customer focus and self motivation is vital in this role. The right candidate will have excellent earning potential with a fantastic commission structure. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | • Lettings Valuations • Maximise The Growth Of Landlords And Properties • Maximise The Number Of Fully Managed Properties • Build Relationships With Our Clients • Ensure Customer Satisfaction Is Maintained At A High level • Attend Seminars And Conferences Pertaining To Lettings • Canvassing • Uploading Properties For Marketing |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | • Excellent Conversion Rates • Target Driven • Strong People Skills • Ability To Win Business • Highly Motivated • Deal Closer • Well Presented • Experince In Sales Or Lettings/Estate Agency preferred but not essential |
