| Job description: | Carden Consultants have a great opportunity for senior lettings negotiator to work with a Wimbledon based lettings estate agency on a part time basis. My clients are searching for a senior lettings negotiator with at least 2 years experience. As well as working as lettings negotiator in the branch you will also be presenting and selling a new web application to possible Estate agent clients. Then you will be expected to return and train them on how to effectively use the application. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Due to the nature of the work we are open to flexible working and can be 2-3 days a week or 4-5 mornings or afternoons a week. There is also some opportunities to work on a self employed / commission only ADHOC basis. |
| Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required: | In addition to the normal requirements for a lettings negotiator you will need to have the skills to make presentations and the ability to train others on how to effectively use the system. |
| Benefits: | This could fit in very well if people have children or need flexi hours and there is a real chanch to make a full time sallary for part time work. |
