| Job description: | Applicants must have the ability to take a lead role within the company and help us to increase market penetration. Candidates must be self motivated and confident with a strong work ethic and have a proven track record or relevant sales experience. Knowledge of the property sector is required, and a good phone manner, interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential. Location The role is based in our Canary Wharf Office. |
| Duties & Responsibilities: | Duties include: Responding to telephone and website leads Applicant and viewing management Conducting viewings with applicants Negotiating offers between Landlords and Applicants Progressing lettings from offer to completion Answering general enquiries from Vendors and Applicants Managing a seamless and professional move in for tenants Ensuring current legislation and guidelines are met at all times Providing excellent customer service at all times We Offer: Intensive training for our employees Company mobile phone Career opportunities Company car Good rates of commission Great bonus incentives Competitive salary |
