| Candidate CV resume: | Studying "Real Estate Management " gave me excellent understanding and necessary skills for working in real estate industry. I learnt subjects such as: land valuation, fundamentals of real estate valuation, microeconomics, fundamentals of business and management. So that, I can give a piece of substantial advice about property for client. Moreover, I can suggest to draw a plan of house, as I have good skills in working with Auto Cad. In addition, I am very interested in real estate industry and as a result I am going to deepen my knowledge by studying civil engineering. Even though academic knowledge is very important while working in real estate industry, sometimes more significant advantage is good communication skills while working with clients. I am suitable for this job as I am polite, patient. I gained my good ability to work with clients while I was working in the night club "Roller". There my first job was cloakroom attendant and after some time I was promoted to administrator position. |
