Director of UK Sales and Operations responsible for National portfolio of Serviced Office and Conference Centres - 21 National Branches with 70 Personnel.

Working closely alongside the Financial, Managing Director and Shareholders I was responsible for all aspects of Sales and Operations nationally incorporating, Project Management, Human Resource, Sales Progression, Customer Service Directives, Strategic Business Planning, Budgetary and Profit and Loss Management. I reported directly to the Managing Director and Shareholders.

My responsibilities included the maximisation of income derived from each business centre, control of procedures and standards, the sourcing and recruitment of the management team for each of the existing and new business centres, delivery of customer service excellence and liaison with my sales and operation teams to identify, generate and maximise the revenues at each business centre. Key areas of responsibility included designing, developing and implementing a rigid set of procedures to guarantee consistent management of the business centres, delivering to clients common standards throughout the UK. Ensuring that correct invoicing and management reports were provided, updated and delivered to the company’s board of directors as required. Overseeing the sales and operation divisions, it was my sole responsibility to ensure that the services provided were constantly reviewed, improved and revenues grown. As Sales and Operations Director for the UK I was visible and accountable for all decisions made.

Notable Achievements as Director of UK Sales and Operations.
Under my Direction the Company experienced rapid expansion from 5 to 21 centres with personnel under my charge increasing from 25 to 70. Turnover of the company increased from 2.5 million pounds to 8 million pounds led by my personal directive of improving real and perceived business expectation with a strong focus on new business, retention and renewal of existing clientele. Through my leadership and implementation of delivery standards and strict SLA’s, customer service level satisfaction ratings increased from 75% to 99% nationally across all Centres. I instigated a national bonus and commission structure to reward personnel for new business generation and exceeding customer service KPI’s. In December 2010 I created and presented the Company’s inaugural Annual Award ceremony in recognition of personal and collective successes throughout the UK.
