Direct report to National Sales Director 2002- 2005 Area Sales Director, Management of West Sussex with branches from Petersfield to Brighton, again managing residential and financial services staff, was also supervisor for up to 7 Financial Consultants. I have worked in residential estate agency since 1988, for both large companies and smaller independents, I have set up and run Land and New homes divisions, managed the resultant sites across the south of England winning contracts from companies such as Charles Church, Berkeley Homes, Crest and McAlpine, I have set up and run mortgage teams and managed the launch of an overseas homes division. I addition while based in Horsham (1989 to 2004) I was responsible for the day to day running of a Prestige and Country Homes, department covering property from J500,000 to J2,500,000, listing, negotiating and working with the client on advertising and brochure development. I have also over the years, worked in the oilfield supply business working at the cutting edge of technology with major investors such as BP, Shell and Statoil and have had experience in the electronics and IT field, however I am happiest working in a focussed and decisive manner to achieve both short and long term objectives.
