Since joining Drury Estates Ltd, after graduating in 1992, I have worked my way up through the company to my present position as a Director. The ability to understand and perform every aspect of property management ensures I can apply my experience to any challenges that arise. I consider my ability to manage relationships and processes, at all levels, to be the best asset I bring to any organisation. Whilst I greatly enjoy my current role and responsibility, I feel the time has now come to move to a larger company in order to continue my career development.

As well as being involved in all aspects of the estate agency business, I am now also responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the office and its various departments.

· Successfully project managed the relocation & repositioning of the company from office based consultancy to shop fronted estate agency in central London.

· Achieved 3-5% increases in renewed contracts with clients in a highly competitive market.

1995-2002 Property Manager

Dealing with all aspects of the day-to-day management of over 150 residential properties, including tenancy renewals, property inspections, inventory check-ins/check-outs, and general repairs and maintenance.

· Developed and managed relationships with overseas landlords ensuring high retention of contracts year on year.

1993 -1995 Lettings/Sales Negotiator

Arranged and attended viewings with potential landlords and tenants, of residential property in the London area. Prepared rentals/sales details for all new properties as and when required. Produced and managed Assured Shorthold tenancy agreements for all new tenancies and renewals.

· Minimized void period through proactive marketing so clients maximized return on investment.

At the same time as performing the role of Lettings/Sales negotiator I assisted in the preparation and distribution of monthly financial statements to all overseas Landlords. Monitored, assessed and allocated payment of bills for all office expenditure.
