Founded in 2002 by two friends Darren (Sam) and Steve. Wigwam has always been focussed on listening to our customers and providing a service you want rather than trying to sell you something you don't. We are experienced, qualified and importantly local. We have worked in the local area for something like 28 years (working for other local companies before we set up Wigwam) We offer both modern agency packages and traditional no sale no fee options.


We are currently looking for a company or individual to erect, change and remove for sale, sold, to let and Let agreed boards for us across the Banbury area. We would notify you by email and we would normally expect you to visit the property and make the change within 24-36 hours (but you choose exactly when you do it to fit in with your diary) The position would be self-employed. You would send invoices in for completed work and we would pay you monthly.


Whether you are the owner of a single shop, retail, industrial, office, development land or horticultural sectors we would be very please to provide our services in establishing a marketing price, and finding a buyer or sourcing and negotiating a lease with a tenant.


Our website will forever have new properties available appearing on it but to ensure you don't miss out we really would recommend registering with us. Those potential tenants registered with us are always the first to see new rental properties and be made aware of any that reduce in price. Please keep in mind that a range of rigorous checks on all prospective tenants will be carried out and we will require at least one full month's rent as a deposit and one month's rent paid in advance.
