Inventory With Check-In

The inventory will be carried out 2 hours before the scheduled Check-in time, we will meet the new tenant (s) at the property, walk them around, hand over the keys and record signature (s) on-site so there is nothing else left for you to do.


Check-Out Inventory

Our inventory clerk will carry out a direct comparison made between the condition of the property and the original inventory provided. Tenants must fully vacate the property, our findings will not differ whether the tenant is present or not.


Inventory Reports

We will provide you with a professional inventory report that includes a description of every item with its conditions and detailed, high-quality photographs. Within 3 hours, the report will be sent automatically to all parties involved.
