Bill Tandy and Company was formed by Bill Tandy M.R.I.C.S.and Jenny Tandy in 1996 initially as a one office professional Estate Agent in the Cathedral City of Lichfield. Bill has worked in Lichfield as an Estate Agent since 1969 and has a vast knowledge of the local property market. The Company has grown successfully over the years and a third office in Burntwood was opened in 2000 and is managed by Ashley Peplow, also an experienced estate agent with 10 years of local experience.
