The company has grown since its inception in 2008 due to excellent local knowledge, unrivalled customer service, exceptionally competitive fees and a total commitment to integrity and transparency. The traditional option which includes full marketing, viewings, sales progression etc, managing the whole process. Our fees start from just 0.95% of the sale price, payable on completion. There are no hidden costs or charges. 2. Advertise only - this may suit those who wish to advertise their property but would like to manage the process, viewings and progression themselves. At Stevenson Whyte we tailor our services around the development, rather than the other way around. Options can be selected or deselected on request, allowing better budgeting and a more cost effective service. For example, if you would rather not have an online portal for payments and statements for the development, we can use a more simple setup of post and email, allowing for a lower cost of management. However if you would like a user friendly online portal to pay and manage service charge statements, we can specify the options that would be most useful, leaving out anything deemed unnecessary.

Established in 2008, we are the only agency to cover the whole of Manchester and most of Cheshire, offering a wider selection of properties to our clients.


All pricing includes VAT at the current rate of 20%; if comparing our pricing with other agents please check whether they quote inclusive or exclusive of this. Our fully managed service is priced at 10%, a set up fee of 575 applies for a new tenancy, there are no hidden fees or costs. This includes full written and photographic inventory, all tenancy paperwork and moving in/out of tenants. It is a fully inclusive service. We do not charge a fee to renew a tenancy or add any commission to repairs needed during the tenancy.


To secure your property we take a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent, this is put towards your total deposit (a maximum of five weeks rent) once reference checks have been approved and your move date set. Should any information be withheld from Stevenson Whyte that results in you failing reference checks then unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable. Examples of this would be undeclared adverse credit (CCJs, arrears, bankruptcy) or falsifying information regarding your current living arrangements or employment.
