Smith-Woolley & Perry - Folkestone

The Folkestone Office was first established in the Manor Office,43 Castle Hill Avenue in 1929 as part of Smith-Woolley & Co, Chartered Surveyors, which was formed in 1777. In 1967 the firm became Smith-Woolley & Perry whilst expanding the original management base to Commercial and Residential Agency. A dedicated Residential Agency Office was opened in a central position in the town in the late 60's and subsequently established at 130 Sandgate Road.
