For the past 20 years, we’ve dealt with all aspects of property, from our bespoke property management services to effectively selling and letting property, to ensuring the requirements of our landlords and sellers are met.

We’re local specialists, with extensive knowledge and experience within the North West London property market, spotting trends through property investments, we started to help landlords grow their portfolio of properties whilst they also referred clients on who had heard about our lettings and property management services. Over time the number of clients we assisted grew as the buy-to-let market prospered in London and now we manage over 600+ properties for a variety of clients ranging from accidental landlords and single property investors to portfolio investors, developers and internationally based landlords with property assets in London.

We have an experienced team of lettings negotiators, sales agents and property managers and are currently members of ARLA | Propertymark, NALS and SafeAgent.

Happy with their service overall. There fees are a bit on the high side however you get what you pay for. I found this out the hard way after using a cheaper agent, went through a terrible time. Any way been using Regal for a while and happy with what they do and how they do it.

The flat hunting experience although a daunting task for some was made completely pain free with Regal. Booking in the viewing was super easy and they could not have been more pleasant on the phone. The first flat we saw w. as an instant winner and less than two hours after viewing and putting in an offer it was accepted.
