From Our Website

Established in 2005, we are one of the most successful property management agents in North Devon, specialising in residential lettings in Ilfracombe, Barnstaple, Braunton, Woolacombe, Combe Martin and across the region.

We lead the way by showing our customers what a great letting agent is, doing all we can to make our landlords and tenants lives easier and to help them feel at home. So whether you are a tenant searching for a new home with a respectable and caring landlord, or you are a landlord looking for a property company who is more focused on helping you let your property the way you want for the long term in a cost effective and transparent way, then Red Admiral Lettings is for you.

One of the most exciting stages of choosing your new home is the viewing process. The atmosphere cant be captured in photos alone, we encourage you to take your time when viewing, bring someone with you.

Back in the day when a lot of landlords started, they would simply put a sign in the garden or window. There was a time when this was the best way to find tenants before the internet even existed. Now in the modern day, we advertise your property on Zoopla, Prime Location, on our website and office window. When resident in the UK, it is entirely the Landlords responsibility to inform the Inland Revenue of rental income received, and to pay any tax due. Where the Landlord is resident outside the UK during a tenancy, under rules effective from 6 April 1996, unless an exemption certificate is held, we as Landlord's Agent are obliged to retain and forward to the Inland Revenue on a quarterly basis, an amount equal to the basic rate of income tax from rental received, less certain expenses.
