GE Capital and Grafton Advisors have instructed KLM to let a retail unit at 5 Savile Row which comprise two retail floors of 1,600 sq ft and 2,750 sq ft. This property will be available for occupation in February 2006. KLM are also acting on behalf of Great Portland Estates in letting a new retail unit of 900 sq ft, which has been created in Bond Street House at 14 Clifford Street where interest has already been shown by a number of top international retailers.
