In 1995, Interlet began trading from a small rented office on High Street Kensington opposite Kensington Palace. We have grown from a two man operation into an experienced team. Having built a solid reputation among tenants and landlords alike we have been housing all walks of life for over 25 years. Our sales team has completed some major deals in the past few years establishing ourselves as a major player in the area. Interlet is proud to say that we have some of the best off-market property that the Royal borough has to offer.

For most prospective tenants rent is their largest outgoing and therefore must be considered carefully, ideally in conjunction with a trustworthy agent. Rentals vary greatly, even within the microclimate of Kensington, another reason to find an expert to guide you along your journey. Tenants should be aware of the Tenancy deposit scheme every landlord must register your deposit since April 2007. This stops landlords from deducting from the deposit without proof that it is appropriate to do so. Your deposit is safe!

There will be a charge for lost key/security device/fob. Interlet reserve the right to charge for the callout charge of a locksmith and the cost to cut a new set of keys. We will provide proof of payment for these charges on request. This is a fixed-cost fee that can cover a variety of works depending on the individual circumstances of each tenancy, including but not limited to conducting viewings, negotiating the tenancy, verifying references, undertaking Right to Rent checks (if applicable) and drawing up contracts.

House in Multiple Occupancy (HMO) is a property shared by three or more tenants who are not related. The Housing Act 2004 introduced unlimited fines for infringement of the rules. Furthermore, Mr. Simon Sharples LLM is our in house barrister who can clarify and advise on relevant issues. Many of our clients now receive well above average yields using our HMO management service, call us to find out more.

A successful candidate will demonstrate that s/he is capable of setting-up and running a number of marketing and PR campaigns, which may include social media, digital, offline as well as supporting the company's day-to-day marketing, PR, advertising and administrative needs. We are looking for someone who is creative and proactive with excellent written and oral communication skills.
