Curchods was founded in 1938 as a general practice of estate agents, surveyors, valuers and auctioneers, serving Weybridge and surrounding areas. n 1990, two well known and respected figures in the Surrey property market, John Slatter and Andrew Dewar, acquired the residential sales division, since when they have grown it to 13 offices with departments for mortgage and land/new homes.
