A huge part of delivering this vision is driven by our fantastic property teams who wholeheartedly engage in this very powerful principle. I moved to Woodingdean, Brighton from Kilmarnock in Ayrshire, Scotland when I was 11 years old.


Showing your home to its best potential is vital when it comes to achieving a timely and profitable sale. We will get to know your property so that when we accompany potential buyers on a viewing we can highlight the key benefits your home offers. We will advise you when appointments are made and make available the option to hold open days for specific properties. We liaise with both parties until a successful outcome is reached and do our best to achieve the best price possible for you. We will be there to answer any questions, and advise on how things are progressing.


Property Management is what we do to look after our Landlord's property on his or her behalf, in accordance with the agreed and contractually binding Terms of Business between our Landlord and Callaways Letting Agents. We are based in Central Hove and we manage freehold properties to leasehold apartments in Brighton & Hove. Property Management includes ROUTINE MANAGEMENT ie general maintenance and repairs ie dripping taps, replacing the Landlord's broken white goods, and ensuring that the tenant fulfils his obligations and liabilities under the terms of the tenancy agreement.
