BigBlackHen.com started with an idea. Why not avoid the unnecessary expense of High Street offices, invest in the very latest technology to keep overheads low, and put more of our client’s money where it counts - marketing and advertising their homes to potential buyers?

We don’t like complex and restrictive contracts with long tie-in clauses, so have written ours in plain English with no tie-in or notice periods, as we are old fashioned enough to think that your loyalty should be earned, not signed for.
